Quick answers about shipping, returns and ordering at Afsaal.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 24-48 hours of payment. Standard shipping then typically takes 6-9 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, weather and other factors outside our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. The exact options and rates for your address are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system. You can also use the Track Your Order link in the site menu.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original or similar protective packaging. Contact info@afsaal.com with your order number to receive return instructions and an RMA number.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged product. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund goes to your original payment method. It covers the item price but not original shipping or handling charges. Your payment provider may take some time to show it.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Return the item following our return process, then place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get your replacement.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact info@afsaal.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos if you can. We will arrange a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@afsaal.com as soon as possible. We will do our best, but once an order has been processed it may not be possible to change or cancel it.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, view order history and save a wishlist.
Is my payment information secure?
Checkout is hosted by Shopify, and your payment details are encrypted. We never see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
